You're worthy of this life and good things ARE going to happen. This isn't forever. You aren't going to feel like this forever. This isn't the end for you.
Remember to remind yourself that your thinking isn't clear right now. None of it makes sense and that's okay, but DON'T take notice of the bad stuff it tries to convince you is true.
Take a deep breath and tell yourself you ARE going to get through this. You will get through this. No matter how difficult and impossible it may seem I promise you that you're more than capable of making it to the light at the end of the tunnel.
You have a place on this universe and you make a difference. You're lovely and are loved by each and every person in your life and many more that you're unaware of. You are meaningful and you do have a purpose and place on this earth. Don't give up.
Whatever wrongdoings you've done or the mistakes you've made, they are in the past now. There's no need to beat yourself up about those mistakes or wrongdoings anymore because you're now in the present. Learn and grow from them in order to help you develop as a person. What matters is not who you used to be, but who you're becoming.
Progress is progress, even if it's slow, it's progress. Stop comparing yourself to what you see on social media because all is never as it seems.
Sometimes it has to get worse before it can get better. And so, even though it may be horrible for you right now, please hang on to the fact that it WILL get better. No matter how long it takes, it will get better and you will get there.
When your head tells you that you may as well be this or that, REMEMBER the wrong stuff it can decide to tell us - and that for sure is 100% wrong, so ignore it.
If you can't get up, dress up, or show up that is okay - but never ever give up.
'Remember how far you've come, not just how far you have to go. You are not where you want to be but neither are you where you used to be.'
'I am doing things at my own pace and that is okay.'
'To protect your energy - it's okay to cancel a commitment. It's okay to not answer a call. It's okay to change your mind. It's okay to take a day off.'
Below I've listed a couple of helplines, please reach out for help if you need to. You have nothing to feel ashamed of and it's completely okay to ask for help.
