Dealing With Life When It's Confusing As Hell

Today isn't forever if you don't want it to be. You ARE in control of where you want to go in life.

The downside is that it's not always that simple. Life throws all kinds of things at us, all the time! That is what makes us feel that life isn't going to get any better, that we aren't going to get to where we want to be in life.

This leads us to a state of confusion, where the hell are we heading? Is this as good as it gets for us?

It's normal to feel that way at some stage if not at many stages in life. We live in this illusive bubble that we are the only people "failing". We believe that everyone else around us is successful, happy and where they want to be. Surprise - that is untrue!

To succeed is to actually fail many, many times. Failure is what eventually brings us to success.

Life is insane, both good and bad, nothing is guaranteed to us yet we continue to show up for the same 9 to 5 job every morning.

Following an unknown path can actually lead you to THE best places. I've met some of the loveliest people through an unplanned path, and they have helped me grow and learn so much.

People come and go in your life, some aren't meant to stay forever and some are. What those two kinds have in common is that they teach you so much in life and help get you to where you want to be, even if they're negative, they teach you lessons, unknowingly, that lead you to the right space.

So what do you do when life is a big confusing, messy thing?

Stick it out until you make your mind up. No decision is the "wrong" decision, it'll always lead you to the right place eventually.

Mistakes do happen yes, and sometimes it's hard to get past those mistakes. What's important is to remember you're only human. We as humans, mess up! All the time. And that's okay. We wouldn't learn, develop and grow otherwise.

You might have it figured at 18 or you might not, you might have it figured at 26 or you might now and, again, that is okay! You've got time, lots of it, so make the most of your current situation even if it's a place or thing you don't want to be doing forever, embrace it for now.

Ciao for now x
